05/29/2009 Telefónica de España acquired licenses of Xirio Online SHAREPLACE for its installers support center in Seville.

Telefonica de España and Intelia Consultores have just signed a service contract through which users of the LMDS installers support center on Telefóncia in Seville will have access to the module Xirio Online SHAREPOINT. Using this tool, members of the support center can consult radio coverage levels nationwide of all stations in the current LMDS network with which Telefonica de España provides broadband wireless connectivity services to rural users.

With the addition of Xirio Online, the XXXX area of Telefonica de España seeks to improve the procedures for provisioning service for new users, providing support to installers for determining the location of infrastructure to which the CPE user must connect and the signal levels to be found at the installation site. The improvement of these aspects represents a significant increase in the success and speed in provisioning service for new users in the network.
