Aplicaciones y Proyectos TIC, S.L. owns the rights to exploit the web application http://xirio-online.com XIRIO ONLINE is an application for making radio studies and sharing the results of those studies.

You may not remove, copy, modify or reuse the application or any part thereof without the express authorization of Aplicaciones y Proyectos TIC, S.L.

Security

Aplicaciones y Proyectos TIC, S.L. states that it has taken all necessary measures, within its capabilities and state of technology, to ensure the most optimal operation of XIRIO ONLINE and avoid the existence and transmission of viruses or other harmful components to users.

However, Aplicaciones y Proyectos TIC, S.L. neither ensure nor take responsibility for: (i) the permanent availability of XIRIO ONLINE Application, (ii) the existent of errors in it, (iii) the existent of viruses or other harmful components in the application or in the server providing the service, (iv) the invulnerability of the application and/or the infallibility of the security measures, (v) lack of use or performance that other users may affirm it posses, (vi) damage or harm caused to itself or to a third party, for any person who breaches the conditions, rules and instructions issued or through breach of security systems.

In some cases, Aplicaciones y Proyectos TIC, S.L. could contact XIRIO ONLINE users to perform the necessary steps regarding the use or improvement of the application or to give information on XIRIO ONLINE service (updates, scheduled outages, incidents, etc.).

While XIRIO ONLINE access is free, there is a pay section in the application with additional functionalities. In order to use this feature, XIRIO ONLINE uses a system of credits that are purchased through an external platform. This external secure payment platform is outside both XIRIO ONLINE application and Aplicaciones y Proyectos TIC, S.L.

Aplicaciones y Proyectos TIC, S.L. disclaims any responsibility for any incidents or problems between this platform and the user.

Privacy Policy

The user needs an account to access XIRIO ONLINE. Aplicaciones y Proyectos TIC, S.L. asks for some personal information when you create a XIRIO ONLINE’s account, including contact information and a password that is used to protect your account from unauthorized access.

Under Regulation UE 2016/679 on Data Protection, the following is the type of information managed and the processing of personal data that is carried out from Aplicaciones y Proyectos TIC S.L. in relation to the use of XIRIO ONLINE:

• Stored data: Aplicaciones y Proyectos TIC S.L. stores basic personal data, specifically name and surnames, DNI/CIF, email, address and security question. Additionally, a record of the authorization or denial of the user permission to Aplicaciones y Proyectos TIC S.L. to send information about news and updates regarding XIRIO ONLINE.

• Responsible: Aplicaciones y Proyectos TIC S.L.

• Purpose: Notify the user about the status of the service (expiration of results, system shutdowns due to maintenance, changes in the system, etc.) and for sending billing documentation for the service. Additionally, for those users who have expressly confirmed their consent, their email address is used to send them the following type of information:

  • New XIRIO ONLINE functionalities

  • Radio planning innovations

  • Invitations to events and webinars related to XIRIO ONLINE

  • News and updates about APTICA products and services

• Recipients: This information will be treated confidentially by Aplicaciones y Proyectos TIC S.L.

• Rights: You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, opposition, limitation, portability and cancellation by writing to APLICACIONES Y PROYECTOS TIC S.L. Avenida de la Albufera, 321 Planta 5 Oficina 10 28031 (Madrid) or email users@xirio-online.com.

As a result of registration, the user will have a password chosen by itself. The user agrees to make diligent use of it and keep it secret to access XIRIO ONLINE. Therefore, the user undertakes not to transfer its use to others, either temporarily or permanently, or to allow access to others. Otherwise, Aplicaciones y Proyectos TIC, S.L. disclaims any responsibility for the given service. Unauthorized use of the services provided by XIRIO ONLINE, using the user’s password, will be user’s responsibility, whether the user makes the use or if any unauthorized third party does because of careless use or loss of the password by the user.

Under this, the user is required to immediately notify Aplicaciones y Proyectos TIC, S.L. about any fact allowing the improper use of IDs and/or passwords, such as theft, loss or unauthorized access to them, to proceed to immediate cancellation. While such facts are not disclosed, Aplicaciones y Proyectos TIC, S.L. shall be relieved of any liability from improper use of IDs or passwords by unauthorized third parties.

However, Aplicaciones y Proyectos TIC, S.L. enables safety mechanisms to prevent this information to be accessed, modified or removed deliberately while it remains in its custody, proceeding to the cancellation of it when no longer necessary or relevant for the purpose for which it was collected.

Access, navigation and use of XIRIO ONLINE are user’s responsibility, so the user agrees to follow any additional instructions given by the application or by Aplicaciones y Proyectos TIC, S.L.’s staff on the use of XIRIO ONLINE.

The terms stated in this Privacy Policy, and in particular the duty of confidentiality, are mandatory for all staff employed by Aplicaciones y Proyectos TIC, S.L. and all third parties who, under contract, have access to personal data and equipment or information systems that support XIRIO ONLINE application and Aplicaciones y Proyectos TIC, S.L.’s Systems.

Rights of Access, Rectification and Cancellation

Consent

Using XIRIO ONLINE and any services that are incorporated, implies full acceptance of the conditions manifested in this Privacy Policy. Therefore, you, the user, acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted all this conditions.

Aplicaciones y Proyectos TIC, S.L. reserves the right to modify the content of the Privacy Policy in order to adapt it to new legislation or jurisprudence, to strategic corporate decisions, or to existing codes regarding the matter.
