An antenna is a radio-electric device that emits or receives electromagnetic waves, which means it transforms electrical signals into electromagnetic waves and vice versa.

Antennas catalog allow to create in the different studies, antennas preconfigured with values set by the user.

Xirio's antennas may composed of one or more radiation patterns. Each of them has a working frequencies range associated, so that from the union of all these ranges establish the antenna working frequencies range

The following filters are available:

•Filter by frecuency band: It returns antennas whose frequency range is between the start and end band frequency.

•Filter by polarity: It returns antennas whose polarity is indicated, single or double.

•Filter by name: This textual filter supports wildcard characters such as the asterisk (*) or the query (?).

•Show only favorite items: In addition, the user can define their favorite catalog items to perform a filtering that only shows these items.

By clicking "Search" button, a filter will be combined with all the options selected by the user. In the case that there is no entry that fulfills all the selected features, the lower list will be empty.

Once the antennas have been filtered, the catalog user can modify, delete or create new antennas.

The user can modify, edit or consult each catalog element using the antenna edition dialog.
