rom this dialog you can configure a user within the selected environment for a LTE emulti-coverage study.

lte_user_params

Name. User name.

User type. Type of service implemented by the user (Conversational or data).

Guaranteed. If the traffic of a user should be preferential, is it possible to define this user as guaranteed (priority). For example, voice versus data.

Average call duration (s). It is defined for both uplink and downlink. It is only used for conversational users.

Calls per hour. It is defined for both uplink and downlink. It is only used for conversational users.

Activity factor. It is the percentage of use of the communication channel. It can take values between 0 and 1. It is defined for both uplink and downlink, and only used for conversational users.

Bit rate (bps). It is defined for both the uplink and the downlink, and only used for conversational users.

Data per session (Mbits). It is defined for both the uplink and the downlink, and only used for data users.

Session per hour. It is defined for both the uplink and the downlink, and only used for data users.

Spectral efficiency curves. They define the terminal throughput in function of the SINR. It is necessary to define the spectral efficiency curves for both uplink and downlink, with and without MIMO.

Antenna. It is defined by its gain and co-polar radiation pattern. Selecting the icon modify_common_small you can access the antenna configuration window. If no antenna is defined in this section, the one defined in the coverage terminal parameters is used.

Average speed. Speed at which the mobile terminal moves.

Power. Maximum transmitting power of the mobile terminal.

Noise factor. Noise factor of the mobile terminal.

Losses. The looses due to both passive elements of the mobile terminal and the losses associated with the user's body.

Number of layers. Maximum number of layers that the mobile terminal can use to add traffic.
